MEAGAN ANDREWS Born and raised in Mount Gambier, South Australia, Meagan began her performance career at a very young age. She has been involved in numerous musicals, showcases and corporate events, and was also the choreographer for many youth theatre productions during her stay in her hometown. Since graduating Jason Coleman’s Ministry of Dance as a Full Time Musical Theatre Scholarship student in 2016, her performance credits now include; 'THIS IS OUR TIME' 2023 Vocal Cabaret Tour, Dubai World EXPO 2020, 'A Musical Halloween', 'UAE National Day Journey of the 50', ‘The Humanimals’, 'The Humanimals Return', Jason Coleman’s Cabaret Cathedral ‘The Rhythm of Life’, 'Pitch Perfect 2 Australian Bellas Tour', NFL College Cup, Nickelodeon Kid’s Tennis Day, VRC Young Members Gala Ball, AMWAY Japan, and White Night Melbourne. In 2023, Meagan, along side duet partner Gemma Kelly, launched her entertainment business 'GEM & MEG' where she Co-Directed, Produced and Performed in her own Touring Musical Theatre Vocal Cabaret, 'THIS IS OUR TIME', which played theatres in Mount Gambier, Hobart, and Chapel Off Chapel in Melbourne. Meagan was a Company Dance Captain and Choreographer for the Dubai World EXPO 2020, she was the Choreographer of 'A Musical Halloween' which featured at the Dubai World EXPO 2020, and she also Choreographed for the DOHaD Society World Congress 2019.

GEMMA KELLY Originally from Hobart, Tasmania, Gemma moved interstate to become a Melbourne based performer, whilst also finding her love for vocal teaching and working with children along the way.  Gemma has been performing since a young age in various shows and musicals around Hobart including shows which she co-produced earlier in 2016 with Musical Theatre Crew. Gemma then went on to graduate from Jason Coleman's Ministry of Dance in 2018. Her performance credits include; 'THIS IS OUR TIME' 2023 Vocal Cabaret Tour, The AFL Grand Final Footy Show Revue 2017 & 2018, AFL Preliminary Performance 'Richmond AMF Match at the MCG', White Night Melbourne, Tourism Australia Gala Dinner and much more. In 2023, Gemma, along side duet partner Meagan Andrews, launched her entertainment business 'GEM & MEG' where she Co-Directed and Performed in her own Touring Musical Theatre Vocal Cabaret, 'THIS IS OUR TIME', which played theatres in Mount Gambier, Hobart, and Chapel Off Chapel in Melbourne.

ADRIAN RICKS Adrian was born in Melbourne and began dancing at the age of four under the tuition of Tania Attard (Attitudes Dance Studio) and later at the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School, graduating in 2002. After graduating he was offered the role of Coricopat in the South Korea Tent Top Tour of CATS in 2003. He then took on the role of Mr. Mistofelees for the World Tour, Asian Tour, Australian Tour and finished up with the show after his final tours to the Philippines and Taiwan, performing in CATS for eight years. In his final year with CATS, Adrian also took on the additional role of Dance Captain. Between contracts he also worked at Tokyo Disney Sea (Encore!) and for Royal Caribbean Mariner of the Seas. Adrian currently works at Jason Coleman’s Ministry of Dance as Director of Dance. He has been in this role since 2017 and loves to inspire his students whilst passing on his extensive knowledge of this amazing and forever changing industry. Adrian has also had an extensive career as an adjudicator for various Dance Competitions nationally and internationally as well as teaching at Dance Festivals such as; Victorian Dance Festival, Australian Dance Festival, Kairos Dance Convention - New Zealand. Some of Adrian’s Choreographic credits include: The Melbourne Cup, Victorian Racing Club - Young Members Ball, Klarna, The Footy Show, Rockwiz - ABC, TVC’s, Twisted Broadway, Winners & Losers - 7 Network, D.W.T.S Promo - Network Ten, Porsche Showroom Launch - Melbourne, Jaguar Launch - Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix, Saxton Speakers, Dulux Colour Awards, and Club Melbourne 10th Anniversary Dinner.

HARA PAPOULIAS Hara is a dance artist and creative within the Victorian entertainment industry. She is the current Associate Dance Director for the Victorian State Schools Spectacular, where she teaches over 1,200 students across the state and weekly rehearses Victoria’s next generation of top young talent. She has worked alongside artists such as KISS, Robbie Williams, Tones and I, Red Foo and Delta Goodrem. Her involvement has also crossed into high-profile events for Melbourne Fashion Week, AFL Grand Final, Victorian Dance Festival and Sydney Mardi Gras. She has also worked for companies such as Samsonite, Chemist Warehouse, KMART, 2XU, AAMI and Diesel. Hara is very enthusiastic about her work and grateful to continue getting amongst all areas of the thrilling entertainment industry.

CALLUM MARSHALL Callum was born on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, where he began his training at Raw Dance Company. After graduating highschool, Callum made his way to Victoria to study full time dance and musical theatre at Jason Coleman’s Ministry Of Dance. Callum's credits include; 'Metamuse' By Luca Dinardo, '2020 World Expo' in Dubai, and 'Grease' onboard Royal Caribbean. He has also performed as a supporting dancer for artists such as; Tones and I, RUEL and Troye Sivan. Callum is currently touring Australia with David Venn Enterprises' production of 'Elvis a Musical Revolution', and is looking forward to working with the up and coming talent of Mount Gambier in between cities.

JOELLA JACKSON Joella was born in Mackay and grew up training in Brisbane, Queensland. She then moved to Melbourne in 2018 where she completed her Diploma of Musical Theatre at Jason Coleman's Ministry of Dance on a full scholarship. Since then, she has performed as a supporting dancer for both Robbie Williams and Delta Goodrem in the 2022 AFL Grand Final. Joella has also danced with many other artists such as; Sophiya, Jess B, Alyssa, Madi K and Amarni. As well as dance, Joella has featured in many TV commercials for brands such as; Pringles, The Project, Target and Cadbury. Joella shares her passion for dance through choreography and teaching workshops for the younger generation. She is very excited to join GEM & MEG in Mount Gambier for the 2024 TO THE STAGE Industry Intensive.

CALLUM SMITH Callum grew up in Geelong, Victoria, performing in local theatre. He started his musical theatre career with the Geelong Society of Operatic and Dramatic Arts (GSODA), and then performed in numerous local theatre shows including 'Wicked' and 'Strictly Ballroom' with Footlight Production. After graduating high school, Callum went on to study three years of professional dance and musical theatre training, which included two years at Jason Coleman's Ministry of Dance in Melbourne. After completing his full time studies, Callum performed in many commercial events in and around Melbourne, before heading around the world dancing on Cruise Ships with Princess Cruises, which included two shows produced by David Schwartz. Callum also toured Australia with 'Paw Patrol Live', and most recently performed in the Ensemble and was Lead Cover for Sammy in David Venn Enterprises' production of 'The Wedding Singer' New Zealand tour. Callum loves sharing his knowledge and industry experience with the next generation of performers, and is eager to teach his first workshop in Mount Gambier.
